Terms and Conditions for NGO Subscription Donations

1. Donation Subscription: By subscribing to this donation program, you agree to make a recurring donation to the NGO of your choice at the frequency specified in your subscription, until you decide to cancel or modify your subscription.
2. Donation Amount: The donation amount will be the same for each recurring payment, unless you decide to modify your subscription.
3. Payment Method: You must provide a valid payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.) for your recurring donations. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date.
4. Billing Cycle: Your recurring donations will be billed at the frequency specified in your subscription. If your payment fails, you will be notified by email and will have 7 days to update your payment information. If payment is not received within 7 days, your subscription will be cancelled.
5. Tax Deductibility: Donations to the NGO are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. You will receive a receipt for each donation for tax purposes.
6. Refunds: Donations are non-refundable, and the NGO is not responsible for any errors made in the amount of the donation.
7. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and cancelling your subscription. Cancellation will be effective immediately and no further payments will be made.
8. Communication: By subscribing to this donation program, you agree to receive communication from the NGO by email, including updates on their work, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
9. Privacy: The NGO is committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties. By subscribing to this donation program, you agree to the NGO's privacy policy.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions: The NGO reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Notification of changes will be sent to you by email. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your subscription.
