Cancellation Policy for Subscription Donations

1. Subscription Cancellation: Donors may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting us through email or phone. We will process the cancellation request within 5 business days.
2. No Refunds: Donations made prior to cancellation are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation Effective Date: The cancellation will be effective immediately after the donor's request has been processed by us.
4. Future Payments: No further payments will be taken after the cancellation effective date, and no donations will be accepted from the donor unless they choose to resubscribe.
5. Notification: We will notify the donor by email once their subscription has been cancelled.
6. Changes to Cancellation Policy: We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Notification of changes will be sent to donors by email.
